Version 2.05.00 is a Feature Release update to ConstructConnect Takeoff that includes the ability to share projects with Takeoff users outside your organization, managing invitations to access projects within CC Takeoff, and includes improvements to managing project access and improvements to product stability and scalability.

- Takeoff Project Collaboration - invite users outside your Organization to collaborate on your projects (see Inviting People to Collaborate on a Project for more information).
- Send Takeoff Project Collaboration invitations (invitations are visible through the app for now).
- Provide ability to update or remove collaborators' rights.
- Notification Icon and Notification Drawer - In-app Notifications to manage project sharing invitations (see the User Guide article on Notifications for more information).
- Provide ability to view, accept or decline Takeoff Project Collaboration invitations within CC-Takeoff.
Changes (What's Different)
- Update the Manage Project access dialog box and workflow to make it easier to control project access in a large organization (see the User Guide article on Managing Access for more information).
- Provide ability to search for user who has access to a project.
- Add a "You and Your Company" option to the Help & Settings menu to display organization information to the user.
- Add a "User Management" option to the Help & Settings menu, for Organization Administrator only, to open the Self-Service Portal.
- Display the current user's project permissions in the Access Level column on the Projects and Bids List.
- Add a new "Editor" role to Organization administration.
- Improvements to product stability and scalability.
Fixes
- Opening project from ConstructConnect Project Intelligence or Document Viewer opens the Takeoff Project and Bids List with projects in Recycle bin visible in the list of active projects and eventually the application crashes.
- If you detach the Worksheet Tab, then apply a column filter, when you leave the Worksheet Tab and return to it, the filter icon is not colored (indicating a filter is set).
- Deleting/deactivating a Plan Set for a Page on which there exists Multi-Condition Takeoff crashes the application.
Known Issues
- If you detach the Worksheet Tab from the main application window, pricing you enter is not saved. We have a Bug on this and will fix it as soon as possible (Bug # TD-18231).
- If you open an additional Takeoff Window and then undock it, the Notification Pane gets stuck open, making that undocked Takeoff Window unusable.
- Workaround - if you undock the Bid's Takeoff Tab from the main program screen, additional Takeoff Windows, docked or undocked, work correctly.
