You can export a list of all Pages in the Plan Organizer to Excel®.
Open the Plan Organizer for the Bid whose list of Pages you want to export.
Click the Export to Excel button in the main toolbar.
The program prompts you for the location where to save the file; navigate to wherever you want to save the XLS file.
Click Save.
The program saves your export and displays a confirmation.
When you click OK in the Export confirmation, Excel launches and you see your Plan Organizer information as raw data (no formatting).

Every Plan Set in the Plan Organizer is exported, even the Plan Sets that are deactivated for this Bid. You can use the information in the Current Set to figure out which Plan Sets were not active, if necessary.
