Editing a Template Group
To update the name of a Template Group, locate the Template Group you want to modify, highlight it, then click the 
button or double-click on the Template.
To modify the Templates included in a Template Group, locate the Template Group you want to modify, highlight it, and then add or delete Templates from it in the right-hand pane.
Deleting a Template from a Template Group has no effect on the Template itself or any Takeoff Items created with that Template Group. If a Template is deleted from all Template Groups, the Template itself can be deleted from the Takeoff Item Templates list (previous articles).
Duplicating a Template Group
To duplicate a Template Group, locate the Template Group(s) you want to duplicate, select it (use Ctrl or Shift to select multiple Groups), then click the 
button.
The program creates an exact copy of the selected Group(s) and appends "Copy" to the name. From there, you can make whatever changes are necessary.
Deleting a Template Group
You can delete a Template Group at any time. Select one or more Template Groups you want to delete, then click the 
button.
Deleting a Template Group has no effect on any Takeoff Items previously created using the Group or any Templates included in the Group. However, if you were previously blocked from deleting a Takeoff Item Template because it was included in a Template Group, after it is deleted/removed from all Takeoff Item Groups, it can be deleted.
Remember, editing, duplicating, and deleting Template Groups can be done by anyone with the role of Administrator or Editor. If you're assigned the role of User, you can see and use existing Template Groups, but cannot edit or remove them.
