12.05 Deleting Pages

In How You Might Cause Pages to be Deleted when Revision Matching after Saving a Plan Set we discussed how you can delete a page inadvertently during revision matching. There are several other ways Pages can be deleted:

• You can delete them deliberately (next article)
• You can delete them by deleting the last or unique Sheet/Plan for a Page
• You can cause them to be deleted by deleting a Plan Set
• You can cause them to be deleted by deactivating a Plan Set in a Bid

Because there is a risk associated anytime you delete Pages from a Project's Plan Organizer, it is recommended that you take the time, when adding Revision Sets, to match the new Plans to existing Pages (see Related Articles for details on matching revisions sets).
