You want to uninstall ConstructConnect.
Discussion
Because ConstructConnect Takeoff uses a Web Launcher for installation, to uninstall the application, you uninstall the Web Launcher.
(You may also need to uninstall our Excel™ Live Link, if you installed it.)
Resolution
Step 1 - Uninstall the Web Launcher (which uninstalls the application also)
In your Apps & Features list (Windows 10) or Programs and Features (Windows 8.1),
Locate "ConstructConnect Takeoff Web Launcher"
Click it and select Uninstall

You are prompted up to three times to uninstall the product (Windows and ConstructConnect want to make sure you know you're uninstalling). Select Uninstall or Yes on each prompt.
This uninstalls the Web Launcher app and ConstructConnect Takeoff.
Step 2 - Uninstall ConstructConnect Live Link (Excel Add-in) (Optional)
The Live Link Add-in has been discontinued by ConstructConnect effective 6/1/2023 and can no longer be downloaded or installed. If you are already using Live Link, it will continue to function for some time, although we are not longer supporting this feature.
We encourage you to review the Related Articles at the bottom of this article on ways of exporting your takeoff results to Excel (and other formats).
If you have installed the Live Link Excel Add-in, you need to uninstall this also. Be sure Excel is closed before you attempt to uninstall this Add-in.
Return to the Apps & Features or Programs and Features list,
Locate "ConstructConnect Live Link", click it and then click Uninstall.
